I just need to backup my files.

Maybe you could help me with this one.

I made a program and then run the program. After it run I am having this error "No space left on device". I tried rebooting but everything is still the same. while mounting other partition is gives me the same error. I checked the disk space but it still have 2G space left.

I need the ftp to backup the files before I reformat my machine.

Have anyone have an idea on what happen to my machine or better yet a solution so I don't have to format.

thanks

I guess people sometimes want to give read access to other people, without
the additional traffic/computational overhead of encryption/decryption, as
it is with SSH. It won't hurt if you want the data you'll be putting in the
ftp server to be world readable anyway. However you should use a secure ftp
server (not just ftp).

(now, there is http...)
