Of course it will. Was using a TNT M64 before. The card broke down and had to replace with a GF4-MX. To the original poster, as long as you have the kernel source for your distro is installed, building the kernel driver is easy. Just unpack the tarball on a folder and run make. That's just building the kernel module.
