And sometimes when sites really work with Mozilla et. al. the site only lists IE 
compatibility.  This was the case with Philippines Online.  The web designer placed a 
best viewed for IE note even if their Java-based CMS works with the other browsers.  
Of course, I complained and I got to know that the Sysads there were complaining too.  
Now they have a note with says:

Best viewed in Gecko Mozilla 1.6 + | IE 4 +  | Netscape 6.0 + 

Sometimes it pays to complain.  But in the case of BPI a real letter should be more 
effective.  Most likely the previous complaint did not even reach management level.
