I use BPI Express Online, too. Not all the features work, but I was able
to clamor enough that they provided a non-IE version using frames at
least for the base functionality. It works for most day-to-day e-banking
tasks. The URL is:

I'd still be happier if they just used a menu-drawing JavaScript that
supports Mozilla, though. There are a number available on other
websites, and I told them about it but they opted to go the "quick and
dirty frames" way instead. Grr. :(
