I know this may sound elementary to some. Please bear with me, sorry, ngayon palang ako mag aaral nito e. hehehe.
Pano mag update ng kernel sa linux? is it different from adding patches? kasi i visited www.kernel.org and downloaded a suppose to be kernel. Pero ang file nya is patch-2.4.25.bz2. Is this correct? Nalilito ako if adding patches and upgrading kernel are one and the same.
Steps naman jan o how to update my kernel. Example kernel 2.4.18-3 to the newest kernel version. Thanks in advance.
