DRBD is not a database replicator, it is a network block device
that can mirror any changes on a HDD partition of machine A to
the other HDD partition of machine B (RAID1 over LAN).

with DRBD, you don't have to schedule/cron the mirroring or
replication process since any changes on the "blocks" of
a given partition will be mirrored instantenously to the
other machine.

Subject: Server A and Server B Mirroring

Hi to All,

Another question, is there a way that you can mirror Server A and Server
B...(just like RAID 1....but instead of HD mirroring using single
machine...this time server mirroring using seperate machine). For example if
I made a modification on server A...let say creating directory ED on server
A, this will be automatically done on server B. Any helpful site's with
documentation is highly appreciated....thanks in advance
