Yes, Gentoo gives the user the flexibility of compiling everything
from code with architecture-specific optimizations. The user may also
opt to use different kernel stages and binary packages to speed the
installation process.

linode's package for UML hosting seems to be a good choice :) with
Gentoo, the user can really maximize the machine. For added
