of course it will help... but you also need to configure it to limit downloads .. and lots of other stuff along the process... you also need to use squidguard.. that would make it easier and more flexible to configure.  plus use ftwall, to block kazaa and the like... and a really good iptables script.

BTW they will add another 20 PCs. So that total numbers of PCs will be
