But has anyone checked how far RP muscle would stretch just to prosecute someone from [like] Morocco for website defacement?
Crying over unprotected systems and writing a lame analogy about it is one thing. Stretching international muscle just for a script-kiddied site is another.
I think it won't happen even if they cry their eyes out.
