DepEd is set to announce its SMS service today, according to INQ7.net. I am appealing to everyone to send SMS messages to DepEd and denounce their plan of using Microsoft OS for their "People's PC". See http://itmatters.com.ph/news/news_08302004f.html - we need to do something. Orly Oxales is a Microsoft supporter and so are a lot of people there. We need to educate the department of education! :D
