PLUG will have its quarterly free technical seminar tentatively scheduled on the 29th of January 2005 to be held at the audio-visual room of the Asia Pacific College, Makati City. In line with this event, we welcome resource persons of all levels and disciplines who can discuss on open-source related topics (software development, system/network administration-related, applications, etc.). The general theme for this conference will be on Linux/Unix - Windows interoperability, although other topics related to Open Source technologies shall also be accepted. Abstracts of no more than 500 words can be emailed to the undersigned. Please include the following information: * Name * Position and institution * email contact Acknowledgement shall be sent within 24 hours upon receipt. Schedule: Submission of abstracts: present until 15 January 2005 Announcement of final topics: 19 January 2005 Speakers shall have 45 minutes to discuss their topics, and 15 minutes for discussion.
