I can't say this would be an apt venue as the seminar would be on
Linux-Windows interoperability and such would require that the user
already had rudimentary introduction and use of Linux whether as a
development platform or server use. That being said, you could request
for conduct of such seminar (subject to availability of resource
persons). You can email it to me, or snail-mail it to this address:

hopefully within the next quarterly free seminars.
