I guess the risk you have to run being on such a hosting service is that you might become collateral damage as the IRC and adult-content hosting servers on the same or nearby subnets get attacked/probed.
This is where their network security comes into play, i.e. how well it can fend off DoS and other brute-force style attacks without cutting off the connectivity of the servers hosted within it...
Either that or if they have gobs of bandwidth to spare for such attacks.
