Talks:
Open Source applications for Small and Medium Business (SMBs). 
- User Friendliness of desktop GUIs
- Firewall 
- and other important apps that SMBs will benefit in general.

In my opinion other SMB want to implement Open Source, but the
SWs/applications are not 'user friendly' and not easier to configure
enough compare to MS SWs/applications. Am I right? So consider these
matters during the Open Source conference.
