Let's just give it a try. The CICT, particularly Commissioner Boying Lallana, looks serious with FOSS and let's capitalize on that great opportunity.

Here's believing that there's room for reforms in government. I would have called for a revolution in government (and many would have joined that call) but PLUG's track is in helping institute gradual yet strategic changes in government.
