I'm a septuagenarian.
I've been declared >= 70% disabled.
I visited a local store of a national chain.
I asked if they had a particular product.
The clerk said "Wait a moment".
She then returned with desired product.

On returning home I _*VAINLY*_ attempted to report to national that they had good/competent staff. Eventually a unacceptable/unacceptable response.

I called the local number on the receipt. Response was even more [bleep]

Any one with ideas on how to communicate with Walgreens????
I'm ... .... .....

If anyone has entrance to Walgreen's !@@##$% IT infrastructure,
please give them my email address.

My basic philosophy is if *NOBODY* identifies a problem, what hope?????
