perl-glib has 2 dependencies. Did you install those before installing the
glib module?

perl-glib (perl module)

This module provides perl access to Glib and GLib's GObject libraries.

This requires: perl-extutils-depends
<https://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/perl/perl-extutils-depends/>,
perl-extutils-pkgconfig
<https://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/perl/perl-extutils-pkgconfig/>
