While we had uncle Bob. :-) On a related note - those green screen replacement backgrounds look pretty weird in the conference calls with all sorts of artifacts around people's hair, ears, clothes. I personally find it better if people just display static photo - if they really feel that they must be seen with some nice background and cannot just tidy up their room.
