I'm not sure why you are asking on PLUG. I googled, like a person would.

https://www.dartmouth.edu/basicfifty/basic.html

When I asked for context, it was really to try to pin down what you
were looking for. Dartmouth Basic came in a bunch of versions,
including a commercialization called TrueBasic
http://www.truebasic.com/.

Is there some version in particular you are looking for? It is quite
possible there is an old big-iron simulator you could run some
original version on, complete with DTSS. ... and 30 seconds more
looking: http://www.dtss.org/dtss/
