Canonical provides a python ORM (Object Relational Mapper) that allows python objects and relational database classes to seamlessly exchange data. Every time I try to subscribe to their mailman-hosted mailing list I get a message saying, "OpenID failed Unknown user."

Has anyone else had difficulties signing up for a canonical mail list? The canonical web site has only enterprise-level technical support and the Storm ORM is not among the choices available for contacting. Suggestions for reaching that sign-up page also would be helpful. Rich
