I used to see her get in discussions with the gas co they would go out and shut down a customer due to a leak, she would send a plumber out to fix it and the the gas co would drag their feet getting the gas on, and usually it was some poor family in the middle of winter. That was a no-no, and for all of her 4ft 11 frame you did not cross her when things like that were at stake.
