[PLUG] T-bird change?

It used to be, when I was looking at T-bird and scrolled over an email 
focus the email would scroll. Now I have to click to move the focus to 
that email before it will scroll. Did T-bird change something, or do I 
have an oddity on my installation?

Xubuntu 20.04
T-bird 91.9.1 (64-bit)
