I second this. I have a Dell for work - not bad at all - but getting internal replacement batteries is stressful with each Dell agent I talked to giving me different pricing (and often fairly steep) for a replacement.
Framework seems like a better option for me, both for repairability and how much you can customize the specs. Want a Core i5 but with a 2TB NVME SSD and 64 GB of RAM? Done, and barely breaking $1400 to boot.
