Did you notice that some parts are more bold than others? If you remove
the errant <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> on line 72 you'll
notice that the "section headings" are bold as well.

Also: I love that <b> tag... Is it just me, or does that appear to be
the MS Office equivalent of tossing a random (unclosed) <b
style="font-weight: normal"> in your page, but with the awesome side
effect of no browsers actually respecting the "font-weight" instructions?

Also also: Here's my favorite paragraph in the whole article:

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: center"
align="center"></font></span></b></p>

Followed closely by this one:

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt; TEXT-ALIGN: center;
tab-stops: 67.0pt" align="center"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'"><o:p><font
color="#000000"></font></o:p></span>&nbsp;</p>
