It's very pricy but there is a device that can break out thunderbolt to dual DVI: http://www.amazon.com/Matrox-D2G-DP2D-MIF-DualHead2Go-Digital-ME/dp/B0080K6WIG I think it's so expensive because it puts the two DVI monitors together and presents them to apple as a single display.
