Something like this might work with a mini-DisplayPort to DVI and a HDMI to DVI.

I think the chips going into those things must be limited to 2
thunderbolt ports, because I haven't heard of more than 2 per docking
station. That should be fine since it's meant for daisy-chaining, at
least as long as the dock has HDMI or DVI on it.

I haven't actually tried it, as I don't have a thunderbolt machine
myself, but it *ought* to work. :)
