Hackerspace in Utah County

Transistor Orem is shut down indefinitely, and I kinda want to get some 
space I can just go work on code 2-3 nights a week.  Something with 
power, internet, and 24/7 access is all I need.  With Transistor 
defunct, is there any other options people know of to "rent-a-desk" so 
to speak?
