FYI I'm looking for a systems person with programming experience as
well, to help us build out our cato metal platform (https://cato.digital
has ... some limited info).
Long and short, we are taking servers from hyperscalers like meta, and
recirculating them back into production around the world in "unused
spaces" of datacenters leveraging our autonomous intelligence system for
software defined power.
The net result is really low-cost bare-metal services that behave more
like spot instances in AWS (can go away during high power contention
periods), which we want to make available with the ease of a cloud service.

I'm specifically looking for good systems experience in Linux, as well
as storage (building iSCSI a bonus), fleet automation (salt, puppet,
terraform, etc), and python if not other programming skills.
Docker/Kubernetes is a bonus.
