Yup.... I'm currently running the new fishbone beta.... however, the problem I had described above was occuring with the old (default) fishbone skin, as well.
Currently, the new fishbone skin looks excatly the same as the old... except for the addition of the preference links + screens in the help area. THe play/rew/pause/buttons also appear to suffer from the same intermittent loading issue (in addition to the missing red play arrows, etc.). I will re-install with the latest nighlty build (7/19).
