The 'loading error' message means it didn't get the stream URL from LastFM. The absence of any other messages would indicate that the http connection to LastFM either failed completely or that they sent back a response containing 'FAILED'. You could try opening that URL in a browser and seeing what comes back.
Strange though, it is working for me this morning. Although I had to 'play' the stream a 2nd time to get the music started. I'll post a new version tonight, I have fixed or tweaked a couple of these problems...
