OK, so it is a Mac problem, not a Unix one. Perhaps a little odd, given the Unix base of Mac OS X, and that mplayer.sh is quite a simple script.
I'll ask in some of the Mac conferences to see if anyone can spot a problem with the shell script. What debugging assistance can I give?
