Slimscrobbler is a version of Audioscrobbler, so you don't need both. The creator of the plugin regularly checks this forum, so he may be able to shed some light on what you are experiencing.
One question based on your log output. Do you have discovery mode enabled or disabled on the plugin ? If enabled, try disabling and rebooting.
