I can't really decipher your logs, but I'm pretty sure that you need to get the latest SlimScrobbler from CVS. The author doesn't plan to put the 6.5-compatible version on the main sourceforge page until 6.5 is an official release. I don't have CVS installed on my box, but was able to get it running by simply downloading the pieces and making the necessary sub-directories of Plugins/ to put them where they belong. Sorry if that's too vague, but post back if you need more help with it.
