I subscribe to the forums by email, and the URL I received was: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/PROJECT/BPAPLUGINS/V153TESTRELEASE-REPO.XML
Since Source Forge's servers are case sensitive, when I used the URL copied from the email LMS returned a not found error.
