I had problems with spotty.exe not working on Windows 10. Previous suggested solutions didn't work. After a day or so it is now working perfectly:
Uninstalled LMS. Manually deleted all remaining folders related to LMS or squeezebox. Reinstalled server. Installed Spotty plugin, Now works brilliantly and very fast.
