When I click add on Spotify on my phone or tablet, LMS Spotty settings page changes but it doesn't add the account. Same thing if I try to add account manually.
How does it change? Can you check your cache folder (see Settings/Information for its location): there's a spotty sub-folder with another level of per-account sub-folders. How many would you see in there?
