Now that error is really odd: IMHO LMS would not even start if that module was missing. Are you running LMS with some particular startup parameters? Would you get the same failure if you turned off logging for Spotty?
Background: that module is only required if you enable INFO or DEBUG logging for Spotty. But it would be loaded at startup already by LMS unless those log levels were disabled completely. But in that case you shouldn't even reach that line...

You'd need to install the "pv" tool on your NAS. But then I would have thought I'm including it for most platforms. What CPU is your NAS using?
