Even without trying to use the connect plugin on OSX after 1.9 (Server is 7.9.1) I can't seem to get Spotty to play back music regularly.
Ok, but this part would work with the additional helper plugin? Then I'd suggest you go back to it for now. I'll have to see whether I can get Connect working with that alternate build.
