I see the same. All the spotty file types are disabled and cannot be changed. Is this intentional?
No. I wouldn't add transcoding options if I wanted to disable them anyway. This would only happen if LMS didn't find lame or flac. Would other transcodings to mp3 or flac be enabled?
Maybe you could enable debug logging for os.paths, then go to the File Formats page again. This should log where it is looking for helpers and what it finds.
