Michael, Things have been much more stable for me in the last few releases (Synology DS414, LMS 7.9.1). Today I just noticed something a little weird.... when I tried to start playing music from the Spotify App on my phone, nothing played on the Squeezebox. I noticed the squeezebox player was powered off. When I turned to squeezebox player on, everything works fine. Is there so the default behavior could be to turn on the squeezebox player when LMS receives a play request from Spotify? This seems to be the behavior when playing something through the LMS web interface (it automatically turns on the player).
