Your compily is failing on some standard definition so for some reason the pci.c compile has a set of "#defines" which seem to exclude the standard definition. It is odd because other files are compiled OK so the reason is not clear. I think the following may be the reason.
Mplayer configure script can deal with many different Linux flavours but KuroLinux may be a mixture and so confuse the configure script.
