I got that one on dietpi when I didn't have libio-socket-ssl-perl installed. At least when I did install that pkg it was fixed.
While I don't see any reason why that module would change anything, that hint might be very helpful: before you clicked the link, did you refresh the plugins page or did you click it from the page as it was before you restarted LMS?
