No, I doubt it. I would have got a lot of other reports then and it works for me, too. And iPeng didnt have an update for a while, so it cant be a change in the app.
One thing that could be is that theres a problem loading some of the artwork thumbs because that would eventually get the whole artwork loading queue stuck but it needs more than one problematic image for that and it would continue after a timeout. Although that timeout is a minute so quite long.
