FMTP is not needed when sending raw PCM. It's only there when you send ALAC-encoded frame. Your problem here is likely that you have not enabled encryption LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
