Hmmm... Odd, as I swiped away the 'Copy URL' notification, but I still see the others - this is on Android 9.0 (Pie). Perhaps different android version? Either way, the "Copy URL" notification is a Chrome thing - and if you cant close the notification there is nothing I can do.
