If it can be seen by other application, then you might have a network configuration issue with something blocking discovery using multicast between the Jriver machine and the LMS machine LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
