If you use iPeng with LMS you don't need to enable "Use MySqueezebox.com", that's only to use the app without a server. BUT... if your email and password don't work there I'm surprised they work in LMS.
Are there any error messages in your server log? Could you maybe send me your server log? Do you maybe use an ambiguous player ID (MAC of the player?) Also... could you send me a diagnostics mail from iPeng?
