These network errors you mentioned above are not occurring.  You
resolved the issue(s) that caused content in the RHS to not appear
sometimes.

The console is nice and quiet now.

I'll monitor the console next time this happens.  Yesterday when the
issue was occurring, I was indexing a backup disk, so that may have
introduced some periodic unresponsiveness.
