Before, the SLX main window was actually a hidden window and what you saw as the main window, was not actually the application main window. I had used this pattern as a recommended way to create an app that runs in the background. It was not a great approach and complicated certain things. It may be the culprit here. So I have substantially restructured of the code by removing the hidden window, but I had to move alot of code around. I'll need to do more testing to make sure everything still works the way it should and I should be able to submit the new version later this week.
