Ok, doing my own troubleshooting for the "Material Skin Not Installing" problem I'm having on Mac OS X 10.11.6. Symptom is the plugin always shows deselected, after repeated attempts to install. Plugin is not installed upon stop/start of server or reboot of the Mac.
